The cleanliness of our room was disappointing, with hair found on the bed. The elevator operated very slowly, causing us significant delays during our stay on the 9th floor.

I had a fantastic time staying at a centrally situated hotel that made it super easy for me to walk to nearby parks and attractions, especially since both KidZania Monterrey and the Metropolitan Museum were just around 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll. I also appreciated the variety of dining options just steps away, like Napoli Pizza which was only a few minutes walk from my room.

local attractions that made our visit enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, but I found the amenities lacking, especially the absence of a mini fridge. Overall, a decent stay albeit with room for improvement.

We had an amazing experience with the breakfast! The thoughtful waiter near the bread section stood out, and the kids loved it too. The pool area was a great spot for the little ones to cool off after playful mornings.

My kids wished for a quieter environment. the noise was distracting. Adding soundproofing would greatly improve family stays.

The breakfast was a nice surprise, fresh fruits and omelets made to order. also, the staff was pretty attentive, they always had a smile and checked up on us.
